(Hawkeye) and Northwestern Insurance Agency of Great Falls (Northwestern) for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, constructive fraud, unfair claim settlement practices, and insurance - Page 137 company malpractice. The District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County, Montana found no genuine issues of material fact and granted summary judgment in favor of both defendants. Kasetas appeal. We affirm.
